We don't have an exact date for you but he did hint that the launch might either be a virtual or physical launch. That indicates to us that we might, just might see it in the coming two months or so. We can expect to see 19-inch Verona wheels, sports seats, lots of R-Line trim, a meaner face and bum if the image above is anything to go by and maybe quad exhaust exits if we use the Euro-spec model below as a reference. A 2.0 litre turbocharged TSI engine with an output of 190PS and 320Nm of torque, mated to the 7-speed wet-clutch DSG transmission, the exact same heart in the Passat Elegance 2.0 will also drive the R-Line. Harga? We don't know yet but the only variant of the Passat that we currently have, the 2.0 TSI Elegance is priced at RM189,012 on the road without insurance.
