The centre will offer Sales, Service and Spare Parts (3S) through a brand new 3720 square meter showroom that allows for 12 vehicles to be displayed, along with 15 service bays, and a lounge area equipped with amenities to provide a warm atmosphere and maximal comfort to current and potential customers.The launch event itself was held on March 18th 2015 and was attended by N3 Auto’s General Manager Mr Chua Beng Poh, and Managing Director of Volkswagen Group Malaysia, Mr Armin Keller.“Our goal is to create a lifestyle-oriented and personalized area that elevates the standard of customer service,” said Mr Chua during center’s unveiling.Armin Keller, during his speech, said, “Volkswagen, together with our partners, remain committed to our promise ‘Always By Your Side’ and are working closely to ensure we redefine the car ownership experience for our Malaysian customers.”Volkswagen intends on expanding its network of dealers throughout the country and has plans in motion to set up at least four more 3S facilities by the end of 2015.
