Volkswagen Jetta Allstar Launched – 1.4L TSI, RM109,900

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has launched the limited edition Jetta Allstar at the ongoing Volkswagen Fest 2017 at the Setia City Convention Centre. 

Priced at RM109,900, the Jetta is the latest model to join the Allstar range following the Polo and Vento Allstar editions revealed earlier this year.

According to VPCM, the Jetta Allstar, which is based on the Comfortline variant, comes with RM3,000 worth of exclusive accessories which includes:

• Aluminium sports pedals
• Rear trunk spoiler
• ‘Allstar’ scuff plates and carpet mats
• ‘Allstar’ emblem on B-pillar

The Jetta Allstar, which comes in four colour choices - Candy White, Platinum Grey, Reflex Silver and Deep Black, is powered by a 1.4L TSI turbocharged engine paired with a seven-speed direct shift gearbox (DSG), producing 150PS and 250Nm of maximum torque.

The Jetta, which VW claims to be the only sedan in its segment with a 7-speed gearbox, is able to accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 8.6 seconds, and has a fuel consumption of 5L/100km.

Those who wish to have a closer look at the Jetta Allstar can head over to the Volkswagen Fest Setia City Convention Centre between now and Sunday, and get the opportunity to test drive a variety of Volkswagen models, enjoy super bargains and even free first service on pre-registered Volkswagen cars.

For existing Volkswagen owners, they can enjoy a free 20-point check on their cars, and 15 percent discount on parts and labour work.
