Looking at the first two months of the year, Perodua has managed to increase its year-to-date production up to 32.95% - an increase in output from 38,460 units during the same period in 2023 to 51,134 units this year. The sales front also saw a positive improvement where the national car manufacturer managed to sell 46,385 vehicles in January and February this year - a 33% increase compared to 35,865 units registered in the same time period of 2022. Kudos! Perodua cited the increase in production as well as sales due to improvements in production, financing facilities to its dealers, and enhanced communication with its customers as well as the ecosystem in general. According to Perodua's President and CEO, Dato’ Sri Zainal Abidin Ahmad, "While there are still ongoing challenges with the supply of semiconductor chips, cost increases – among others but despite these challenges, we managed to see double-digit growth in our production and sales, for this we thank our partners for their dedication." Perodua is actively working in improving its production numbers to ensure that the demands remain healthy. Right now, the average waiting period is between 2.5 months and eight months, depending on the model, variant, and colour. “We apologise to our customers and thank them for their patience. We will try to further improve our production and registrations in the months to come," added Dato' Zainal. ✕ 使用 WhatsApp 联系 我们依据 PDPA 保护您的个人信息。 我同意 Carlist.my 的使用条款和隐私政策 我同意接收来自 Carlist.my 及其汽车销售商、业务附属机构和合作伙伴的个性化通信。 查看最佳汽车优惠!
