Nissan Navara Black Series – No Added Power Just More Black

Most of us recognize the Black Series name as denoting hardcore, more focused versions of Mercedes-AMG's high-performance cars. Closer down to earth, however, we have the Nissan Navara Black Series which adds a range of 'blacked-out' accessories to the regular NP300 Navara pick-up truck.

Available for the VL, V, and SE variants of the NP300, the Navara Black Series adds the following:

• Matte black front grille
• Front bumper
• Front and rear overfenders
• Headlamp eyelid covers
• Matte black fog lamp covers
• Side mirror covers
• Cargo bed sport bar 

On the inside, Black Series variants receive (combination) black leather seats, previously reserved only for the VL variant.

The Navara is powered by a 2.5-litre turbodiesel engine that outputs 190 PS and 450 Nm of torque, matched to a seven-speed automatic transmission.

The Black Series carries an RM5k premium over the regular 2.5-litre ‘SE’ and ‘V’ variants respectively, and an additional RM4k over the ‘VL’ variant. The Black Series accessories are factory fitted and include a 3-year or 100,000km warranty.
