Mazda BT-50 Updated, Australia Only

Mazda Australia has introduced a facelifted BT-50 with a refreshed front plus more standard equipment across all grades. 

Up front, the updated Mazda BT-50 features a new bumper with a revised front grille with three horizontal slats, a departure from the single solid horizontal unit of the predecessor. Also new is the lower air intake, featuring a more rugged design flanked by a pair of redesigned fog lights.

As for the interior, the new Mazda BT-50 will be the first Mazda model in Australia to feature Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. All variants of the new BT-50 will be fitted with the updated infotainment system.

In addition to the new infotainment system, all variants of the new BT-50, including the base single cab model will receive a reverse camera. 

Unfortunately for us, this new update is exclusive to the Australian market. As before, the BT-50 comes fully-imported from Thailand, but neither Thailand nor Malaysia will be receiving this facelift. The Australia-only bumper seen here is retrofitted in Australia, while the existing bumpers will be recycled.
