Kia Optima Facelift Spied Testing In South Korea
所有资讯Among its rivals, the Kia Optima has managed to hold its own in the last few years - but this coming year will likely bring a facelift which will include new powertrains and an updated interior and exterior.
For the first time ever, the facelift model was spotted on the streets of South Korea by The Korean Car Blog - heavily camouflaged, no doubt - but still leaving enough visible to catch a glimpse of some sharper details.
Technology has come a long way since the launch of the current generation Kia Optima, and this means there will be more safety and more features than before. Things like adaptive cruise control are fast becoming a norm in the market, along with additional active safety measures.
Tablet-type touch screens will also be a welcome replacement to the current cramped proprietary design. While it may not be an all-new platform, the new Optima promises to be a well-needed refresh for the brand- especially within the ASEAN region where we don't get some of their more exciting products. The current generation Kia Sportage would be more representative of the brand's current design direction.
