Geely Launches New Binyue In China – Future Proton Compact SUV? 所有资讯 Eric | January 03日, 2019 02:02 PM Geely has just launched the new Binyue (缤越) in China, the first sub-compact SUV to be built on the company’s new BMA platform. Coming in with a length of 4,330 mm, width of 1,800 mm, and a height of 1,609 mm, the all-new Binyue will be competing against the Honda HR-V, Toyota C-HR, Haval H2, Ford EcoSport, and Hyundai Encino (Kona) in China. Wheelbase of the Binyue is 2,600 mm.Powering the new Geely Binyue is a choice of two engines. The first engine is a 1.5-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol that delivers 177 hp and 255 Nm, mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic. Geely is also offering a 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbocharged petrol that outputs 134 hp and 205 Nm. This engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.
