主页 新闻 所有资讯 Formula One Petronas Malaysian GP 2016 Returns To Sepang Formula One Petronas Malaysian GP 2016 Returns To Sepang 所有资讯 Arvind | August 03日, 2016 05:19 PM The 2016 Formula One Petronas Malaysia GP takes place between 30th September and 2nd October 2016 as the 16th round of the Formula One (F1) race calendar.The Sepang GP happens two weeks after the Singapore F1 GP night race - round 16 of a total 21 races this year. The 18th installment of the “world’s hottest race” promises fiery racing action, a salvo of support races and crowd-pulling international performances.Support RacesSepang will host the 8th and 9th rounds of the global GP3 and GP2 feeder series respectively during the F1 weekend. Malaysians Nabil Jefri in GP2 series and Akash Neil Nandy from GP3, will be vying for top spots on home turf come October.This is also the first year the Formula One Petronas Malaysia GP and the Shell Malaysian Motorcycle GP are held within the span of a month. Other touring and GT car support races are reportedly in the pipeline.Crowd AttractionsThere will be fan based attractions such as the Drivers' Autograph Session, Malaysian School Pit Lane Walk, and Drivers Fan Forum. ‘XTrack’ will host demonstrations such as drifting, rallying, go-karting and All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV) rides. The Mall Area of the circuit, meanwhile, will host a supercar display, merchandise outlets and a game zone for fans.New for 2016, is the Formula One Tour – after the conclusion of the Singapore GP, the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 car will be transported by land to the Sepang F1 Circuit. Along the tour, the team will make pit-stops in Johor, Melaka, Seremban and Kuala Lumpur where fans can get up close with the cars and team.Experiences and Performances SIC will organise a series of special contests on Facebook and Instagram that offers fans exclusive opportunities to engage with Formula One drivers - exclusive Pit Tour and Meet-and-Greet sessions for winning participants.International recording artist, Usher, will be headlining the post-race concert.
