ETCM Launches Flagship Nissan 4S Centre Located In Glenmarie

Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd officially launched its flagship Nissan 4S Centre located in Glenmarie today boasting a built-up area of 165,318 square feet.

The full-fledged 4S Centre includes a showroom that is able to display up to 15 Nissan vehicles. Additionally, the service centre has 27 service bays and is manned by 22 experienced and highly-trained technicians, supported by a full spare parts centre, with a capacity to service up to 100 cars per day. The body and paint centre at the 4S centre also provides car body repair and alignment, surface preparation and spray painting service.

ETCM has also made its flagship Nissan 4S centre a unique retail concept, housing a motorsports boutique, offering a official NISMO and IMPUL products. A V-Kool boutique also gives customers a chance to provide their Nissan vehicles with tinting, car detailing, car care product and customized car wraps.

Other services include the MUV certified Nissan pre-owned and used vehicles office and display area, hire purchase and insurance division, and a vehicle distribution centre.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dato’ Dr Ang, Executive Director of ETCM said, “We stand by our philosophy to provide quality products and services to our customers across our network. Be it at a 1S or a 3S Centre, customer satisfaction comes first from the moment they step through the door. With a total investment of about RM20 million, this new flagship 4S Centre is the epitome of services that we envision to provide to our customers in ETCM and Nissan. Its strategic location – right in the heart of the established automotive industrial hub in Glenmarie makes it extremely convenient and accessible for our customers.”

Customers will also be able to enjoy various facilities while their car is being serviced with a modern lounge and refreshment bar. Wi-Fi connectivity is also available for free as well by customers. Furthermore, customers with children can have their little ones entertained at the Kid’s Corner. That’s not all because a Zen Lounge can also be found here, supplied with Gintell massage chairs.

The ceremony was officiated by Yang Berhormat Dato’ Sri Liow Tiong Lai, Minister of Transportation Malaysia, who was accompanied by Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Tan Heng Chew, President of Tan Chong Motor Holdings. Nissan was represented by Mr. Kenji Naito, Senior Vice President of Nissan Motor Asia Pacific Co. Ltd and ETCM was represented by Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Dr Ang Bon Beng, Executive Director of ETCM.
