Continental Tyre Opens New BestDrive Centre in Johor Bahru

Continental Tyre PJ Malaysia in partnership with Chong Heng Tyres Enterprise has opened a new BestDrive Continental Passenger Car Centre in Johor Bahru. Located at #70, Jalan Tampoi, the new BestDrive car centre is the 21^st such centre to be opened in Malaysia. 

According to Cameron Wilson, vice president of marketing & sales PLT & TT Malaysia for Continental Tyre PJ Malaysia, the BestDrive branding marks their partner dealers as a specialised tyre dealer that caters for the premium customer segment.

“Our global network provides premium products, and we have the marketing support that facilitates premium sales efforts. With this in mind, we provide expertise and advice to our dealers on measures to setup a premium BestDrive Continental shop concept,” added Wilson at the centre’s opening ceremony. Besides advice on the shop layout, Continental Tyre PJ Malaysia also provides their partners with the correct expertise in delivering a customer-friendly tyre-changing and car-service environment.

In line with the BestDrive centre concept, Chong Heng Tyres Enterprise provides customers with a more comprehensive service compared to normal retail outlets. Besides passenger car and light truck tyres, the BestDrive centre is also stocked with ultra-high performance tyres and complemented by a range of products from Dunlop and Viking, which are also produced under Continental Tyre PJ Malaysia, thus providing Malaysians with a full range of products to meet their exact needs.

The BestDrive Johor Bahru centre offers a wide range of services, which includes wheel alignment, balancing, nitrogen gas inflation, as well as tyre-repair, all of which are handled by a team of well-trained and professional specialists using the latest equipment. In addition, the centre is certified as a Continental Approved Tyre Inspector, which provides instant on-site claim when customers require their tyres to be inspected immediately.
