BMW Creates an M4 Inspired Bicycle
Live Life DriveAs much as BMW is a byword for automotive excellence, the Bavarian carmaker has also over 60 years in the development of modern, high-quality bicycles. The latest of which is the new Cruise M-Bike, which joins BMW’s bicycle offerings this year. Aside from its bright Austin Yellow Metallic colour that pays homage to the latest M4 from BMW M GmbH, the Cruise M-Bike features a distinctive “Bullneck” design on the top tube in the front frame, a design cue that was borrowed from the world of motorcycles, also another BMW hallmark.
In the meantime, its hydro-formed aluminium frame and carbon components makes the Cruise M-Bike both light and stable, while its ergonomic handlebar concept allows riders to individually adjust its height, allowing them a more comfortable ride. BMW would only be making 500 examples of the Cruise M-Bike, all of which will be available from selected BMW retailers.
