2017 Ford Ranger WildTrak Now Available in Limited Edition ‘Jet Black’ Colour

Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC) today revealed a new colour limited edition version of the Ford Ranger WildTrak in Jet Black paint theme.

From what we can see, the limited edition version features a blacked out exterior with two grey racing stripes which run from the bonnet all the way to the bed lid at the rear, while the wheels and other features remain similar to the regular WildTrak.

In case you’re wondering how much the Jet Black Ranger WildTrak costs, it is priced at  RM141,588.00 inclusive of GST, which is RM1,750 more than the 3.2L Wildtrak Automatic 4×4 High Rider.

Powered by a a 3.2-liter 5-cylinder turbo diesel engine paired to a six-speed automatic gearbox,  the Wildtrak, which delivers 197 hp and 470Nm of torque, features Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and ISOFIX child safety mounts as standard, making the Ranger the only pickup truck in the Malaysia to offer these two important safety features across all variants.

Other smart technologies across all variants include Hill Launch Assist – which holds the Ranger in place for up to three seconds when the driver removes the foot from the brake – Adaptive Load Control, which maximises control when carrying heavy loads, and Emergency Brake Assist.
