Expected to be priced from RM92,900, the Sienta will be taking on the Nissan Grand Livina, the Proton Exora, the Perodua Alza, and also Proton’s upcoming MPV based on the Suzuki Ertiga. Measuring 4235 mm long, 1695mm wide and 1675mm tall, the entry-level seven-seater comes with sliding doors, and a whole lot of standard equipment. Powered by a 1.5-litre engine, rated outputs measure at 107PS and 140Nm, higher than the Avanza’s 105PS and 136Nm. Standard transmission is a CVT with seven virtual ratios for manual selection. While the Malaysian price and specifications have already been announced earlier, the Sienta is priced at 7.5 and 8.65 million baht in Thailand.
