Volkswagen Launches New 3S Centre in Batu Pahat

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) and SP Supreme Autohaus today announced the launch of the new Volkswagen Batu Pahat 3S Centre, which is the only Volkswagen 3S Centre in northern Johor.

Spanning a total of about 25,000 square feet, the Volkswagen Batu Pahat 3S Centre showroom is able to display up to five cars, and has six service bays, as well as the latest diagnostics tools and aftersales equipment as approved by Volkswagen Germany.

For customer convenience, the 3S Centre’s customer lounge also comes with Wi-Fi connection, a café with light refreshments and TV for entertainment.

SP Supreme Autohaus had invested a total of RM6.5 million into the 3S Centre to cater and support both Volkswagen sales and aftersales services in the areas of Batu Pahat, Muar, Kluang, Yong Peng, Segamat and other locations within the region.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Erik Winter, the managing director of VPCM welcomed the new Batu Pahat 3S Centre to the ever-growing network of Volkswagen 3S Centres across the nation. “As part of our efforts together with our dealer partners to continuously improve and boost infrastructure, we hope that this addition will further enhance the ownership experience of our customers in Batu Pahat and the surrounding areas. Congratulations to SP Supreme Autohaus on today’s launch and thank you for your commitment to the brand,” said Mr. Winter.

Sia Chai Lim, managing director of SP Supreme Autohaus added that the partnership between SP Supreme and Volkswagen, which began more than two years ago continues to flourish. “We have come a long way since our first showroom launch in 2014, we are fully committed to our business and customer satisfaction. With our confidence in the brand, and with VPCM’s support, we plan to expand, and will be launching another 3S Centre in Permas Jaya next month,” he said.

Volkswagen Batu Pahat 3S Centre showroom and sales operates daily from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Aftersales services are available Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Both sales and aftersales are closed on Public Holidays.
