Insights Kon | March 29, 2017 07:22 am Another video of a car being driven on the wrong side of the road, but nobody was hurt this time. Our friends from Roda Pusing recently filmed a review of the Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid and a couple of shots showed the car being driven on the wrong side of the road, albeit an abandoned stretch somewhere in Putrajaya.Perhaps it was a cheeky dig by the Roda Pusing team at the seemingly growing trend of beleaguered motorists driving dangerously against the flow of traffic, but the rest of the video is a serious discussion between presenters Hisham and Albakry on the merits and flaws of Hyundai’s dedicated hybrid model. The video also addresses questions on the Ioniq’s autonomous emergency braking system raised by an earlier video produced in collaboration with Carlist.my which showed the Ioniq plough through the hapless TV box placed in its path. Watch the video from 10:30 to see what Hisham and Albakry has to say on that subject.Launched in November 2016, the Ioniq Hybrid is available locally with a choice of two variants priced from RM100,328 OTR without insurance. The costlier HEV Plus variant at RM114,008 is noteworthy for being the most affordable new vehicle in the market with autonomous emergency braking and a host of other active safety features.Read our review of the Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid here. ✕ Let's Connect on Whatsapp We protect your personal information in compliance with the PDPA I agree with Carlist.my Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
