Toyota Indonesia Set To Introduce C-HR Hybrid Soon
Auto NewsPT Toyota Astra Motor, the official distributor of Toyota vehicles in Indonesia will be introducing the C-HR Hybrid soon.
According to our sister site Mobile123, the Toyota C-HR Hybrid will be imported from Thailand and two variants will be made available.
Both variants of the C-HR Hybrid feature a 1.8-litre Atkinson cycle petrol-electric hybrid engine borrowed from the Toyota Prius. The petrol engine is good for 98 PS and 142 Nm, while the electric motor is rated at 53 kW and 163 Nm, allowing for a combined system output of 122 PS.
As for equipment, the Indonesian market C-HR Hybrid is said to feature:
- Blind Spot Monitor (BSM)
- Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA)
- Pre-Collision System (PCS)
- Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)
- Auto High Beam (AHB)
- Lane Departure Alert (LDA)
Fransiskus Soerjopranoto, Executive General Manager of PT TAM told Mobil123 that the new C-HR Hybrid will be launched in Indonesia on 22nd April, with prices starting from around 500 - 600 million Rupiah. The regular C-HR starts at 493.8 million Ruppiah.
