Not to mention, the return of the 'Evolution' badge, synonymous with the company’s high-performance products of the past.Mitsubishi Motors’ newfound enthusiasm comes as the broader Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance revealed their ‘Alliance 2022’ plan which strengthens cooperation and accelerates the use of common platforms, powertrains, and new technologies.Under the six-year plan, the alliance plans a major expansion in shared electric vehicle technologies, alongside the development and deployment of advanced autonomous drive systems, vehicle connectivity and new mobility services.The plan is believed to amount to EUR10 Billion by 2022, with nine-million units based on four common platforms.
