The Jaguar F-Pace Gets Upgraded By AC Schnitzer

German tuning outfit AC Schnitzer, which are synonymous for churning out highly tuned BMW and MINI vehicles, have introduced their first upgrade package for a Jaguar model, in particular, the F-Pace SUV.

The kit offers a host of visual updates and a sports exhaust system to further personalise the vibrant SUV looks of this modern Jaguar.

The visual updates for the F-Pace include the front spoiler elements, which are compatible with the F-Pace’s various trim variants - "R-Sport", "S", "Pure", "Prestige" and "Portfolio". At the rear, a roof wing gives the F-Pace a more aggressive look, AC Schnitzer claims these visual elements also functionally add downforce for better stability.

AC Schnitzer has also specifically designed the massive 22-inch AC2 alloys in two ‘BiColor’ combinations (black/silver or black/anthracite) which are wrapped in 265/40 R22 tyres. The AC Schnitzer suspension spring kit also lowers the F-Pace by 20 – 25 mm, front and rear to improve the SUV’s overall balance.

Perhaps the highlight of the tuning kit – is the twin silencer rear exhaust setup with a 4 tailpipe ends, finished in either chrome or matte black. The exhaust system is offered with remote controlled active exhaust flaps which allow the F-Pace to achieve six different sound notes. The less restrictive exhaust system is also claimed to extract more power from the 2.0-litre Ingenium turbodiesel and 3.0-litre turbodiesel units.

On the inside, changes are minimal, with the addition of AC Schnitzer velour floor mats and a key holder.

The AC Schnitzer F-Pace tuning kit will go on sale starting September 2017, there's no word yet on the price of the F-Pace tuning kit.
