Home News Auto News Takata Recall: Honda Malaysia Hits 70% Completion; Full Replacement Stock Availability Takata Recall: Honda Malaysia Hits 70% Completion; Full Replacement Stock Availability Auto News Gokul | August 09, 2017 10:54 am Honda Malaysia, which has been actively replacing affected Takata front airbag inflators since 2014, announced that the overall completion ratio for both driver and passenger front airbag inflators replacement is at 70% as of August 2017.Individually, the completion ratio for Takata driver airbag inflators and front passenger airbag inflators stand at 81.2% and 59.5% respectively.The company added that stock availability for the Takata driver and passenger front airbag inflators is at 100% as of August 2017.Efforts to replace affected airbags will continue at Honda Malaysia mobile hubs located at selected shopping malls and Petronas stations nationwide every weekend.
