SPYSHOT: All-New 2016 Audi R8 Leaked Online

Audi will reveal its all-new R8 at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show but thanks to Instagram user dreboog and this spyshot, we won’t need to guess hard on what it will look like.

Borrowing strong influences from both the Nanuk and Quattro concepts, the new Audi R8’s front-end features the car maker’s 6-point grille and large air intakes that sit just below the redesigned headlamps.

Continuing down the sides, it largely resembles the outgoing model but those side blades are now replaced with more regular looking air scoops. Sadly, the photo doesn’t reveal the design of the rims to be placed on it.

Beneath the metal, the 2016 Audi R8 will rest on the Lamborghini Huracan’s underpinnings. Engine options on offer are rumoured to be a V8 along with a revised version of the 5.2-litre V10.

We’ll have to wait until March at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show for more details about the all-new Audi R8.
