ROAD CLOSURE: LDP Faces 400m One-Night Closure This Saturday

Take note drivers, Kilometre 24 of the Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP) will be closed for one night this coming Saturday (4th July). So, if you plan on travelling there during the following hours, do take note.

Between 11:00pm and 6:00am the next morning, a 400m stretch of the LDP highway adjacent to Bank Rakyat and the Kompleks Rakan Muda will be closed to facilitate the launching works for the pedestrian bridge at Station 8 of the Ampang LRT Line Extension Project.

MyRapid has announced that it will be providing two alternative routes for motorist travelling at that time and area, headed towards Putrajaya, Shah Alam and Bandar Sunway directions (see below for routes).

As usual, the public is urged to take caution in these areas, with heavy machinery and lifting of materials will take place during the time. Road barriers, flagmen and warning signs will be in place to help redirect traffic.

Alternative route for motorists from Bandar Sunway towards Putrajaya/ Shah Alam bound

Motorists travelling on LDP from Bandar Sunway heading towards Putrajaya/ Shah Alam bound will be re-directed to travel along Lebuh Puteri, Jalan Industri PBP1 and converge back at LDP near Tractor Malaysia at Jalan Puchong.

Alternative Route  for  motorists  from Shah Alam/ Putrajaya towards Bandar Sunway bound

Motorists travelling on LDP from Shah Alam/ Putrajaya will be re-directed to travel along Jalan Industri PBP1 (near DHL) before converging into LDP after Lebuh Puteri.
