Buying GuidesMitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) have announced their new vehicle prices that have been revised to go in-line with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) implementation, and we have them for you here.
While the ASX 2WD and 4WD compact SUVs are the only locally assembled vehicles within the Mitsubishi range, the others are imported as CBU (Completely Built-Up) units either from Thailand (including the Mirage, Attrage, Pajero Sport, and Triton) or Japan (the Pajero and Lancer).
“Taking into consideration of difference in the tax rate of 4% (from 6% GST and 10% of Sales and Service tax (SST)) and weakened Ringgit against the US Dollar, we remain committed to provide all Malaysians with a pleasant ownership and value-for-money cars. Customers are encouraged to also take the opportunity of its on-going deals and promotions,” said Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MMM, Mr. Won-Chul Yang.
