Nude 2015 Mercedes-Benz A 45 AMG Shown At IOI City Mall Putrajaya

If you’re curious to find out more about the new 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class (CKD), then head on over to IOI City Mall Putrajaya to check out their roadshow organised by NZ Wheels which ends on 24 May, 2015.

A total of four vehicles are put on display for customers to get up close and personal with including the 2015 Mercedes-Benz A 45 AMG. The hot hatchback may have dropped its Edition 1 styling kit previously but make no mistake, it is still rocket quick.

Beneath the new sleeper look, the menacing 360hp, 450Nm of torque, 2.0-litre turbocharged engine is still there along with the full-AMG get-up of sport seats, AMG steering wheel, 4MATIC all-wheel drive, and an aerodynamic kit on the exterior.

As for the recently introduced C-Class (CKD) on display, it is the C 200 Avantgarde variant priced at RM269,888 which is RM16,000 cheaper than the CBU units which were sold when the vehicle was initially launched last year. However, the more affordable price tag sees no change in terms of spec from the imported units which is good news for those interested.

Accompanying the C 200 Avantgarde is the Mercedes-Benz GLA 200, the brand’s new compact SUV that is also available in two other variants, the GLA 250 which we reviewed here, and a full-blown GLA 45 AMG, seen here being driven at Sepang.

Last but not least, the Mercedes-Benz E 300 BlueTEC Hybrid is also on display, the same vehicle which managed to ferry our editor Chris from the Saujana Kuala Lumpur resort to the Mercedes-Benz Metro Autohaus in Bangkok, a 1,500km journey on a single tank of diesel. The locally-assembled model is priced at RM338,888 after a recent price cut following the implementation of the Goods & Services Tax (GST).
