New Mitsubishi 3S Centre in Bayan Lepas Officially Open for Business

EON Auto Mart Sdn Bhd, a member of the DRB-Hicom group of companies and Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia have officially launched a new Mitsubishi 3S Centre in Bayan Lepas, Penang. 

It is said that this is part of the company’s efforts to further improve the services for Mitsubishi’s owners in the Northern Region.

The Bayan Lepas 3S centre, which is basically a relocation of Mitsubishi’s 3S centre in Bukit Mertajam, is strategically located at Penang’s Free Industrial Zone which is 20 minutes away from Georgetown.  

Covering a total built-up area of 1,199 square meters, the new facility has six service bays, a washing bay and a reception area.

Additionally, the centre features a showroom that is able to showcase five vehicles, as well as a customer lounge with free Wi-Fi and light refreshments.   

Fully equipped with diagnostic tools and Special Set Tools (SST) certified by Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, the centre is manned by a 20-member team of trained and experienced after sales staffs, service advisors, technicians and consultants.

According to EON Auto Mart, a total of RM600,000 was invested in the 3S Centre to acquire Mitsubishi’s approved equipment and the required workforce.

The Mitsubishi Bayan Lepas 3S centre operates from Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:45pm, and on weekends and public holidays from 10:00am to 5:00pm for its showroom.

Aftersales services on the other hand, are available only from Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 5:30pm, and closed on Sundays and public holidays. The centre also provides shuttle service for Mitsubishi customers within a 5km radius.
