New Hyundai 3S Centre Launched In Butterworth, Penang

Hyundai has recently expanded its sales and service network in Penang with the opening of a new Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI) 3S centre which is owned and operated by CS Euro.

Measuring 14,480 sq ft, the new 3S centre in Butterworth will serve customers alongside another GDSI 3S centre located in Prai, on the mainland of Penang.

CS Euro’s 3S Centre will house a showroom, six service bays, and a spare parts centre once renovations works are completed. Services offered include "Quick Service" as well as a lounge with free Wi-Fi access and shuttle service for customers.

Low Yuan Lung, Managing Director of Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors, said that he hopes to constantly improve the service quality at Hyundai sales and service outlets by establishing partnerships with experienced dealers.

“Offering premium service quality is our ultimate aim and we will continue to work on that by establishing partnerships with experienced dealers. I am confident of CS Euro’s capabilities given the vast experience that they have. We look forward to more partnerships such as this,” said Mr Low.

Hyundai has a total of three 3S centres in the state of Penang, including one at Jalan Sungai Pinang on the island. CS Euro is located strategically in Butterworth with easy access from Penang island as well as neighbouring vicinities such as Bukit Mertajam, Kulim, Prai and Nibong Tebal.

The showroom opens from 9am to 6pm, from Monday to Sunday, while its service centre opens from 9am to 6pm, from Monday to Saturday.

In conjunction with the opening ceremony, all service customers are offered 10 percent discount on labour and parts as well as a mystery gift.
