New And Improved Version Of Isuzu D-Max Arctic AT35 To Make UK Debut in October

We may have a handful of different editions of the Isuzu D-Max but none are quite as capable as this version here - the D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35.

Built together by Isuzu UK and Arctic Trucks – the guys who built the extreme Toyota Hilux which Jeremy Clarkson and the gang drove up to the North Pole, the first AT35 built was based on the previous generation D-Max a couple of years ago.

While many thought that it was going to be a one-off project, the two companies have collaborated once more, transforming the current-gen D-Max into off-roading monsters.

All set to be officially launched on 1st October 2017, the new D-Max Arctic AT35 is equipped with a brand new 1.9 litre turbo diesel engine producing 164PS and 360Nm of torque. Key benefits include a 3.5 tonne towing capacity and a 1 tonne payload, as well as meeting Euro 6 standards.

Isuzu says that the 1.9-litre turbo engine makes the truck more refined, quieter and more fuel economical than the previous model D-Max.

Available as a double cab with a choice of manual or automatic transmission, features on the D-Max Arctic AT35 include keyless entry and push button start system, a 7-inch multifunction colour touchscreen, DAB radio, Apple CarPlay & Android Audio, satellite navigation and a shark fin antenna. Black wheels will be fitted as standard, while silver wheels are available as an option.

In addition to the above, further exclusive Arctic Trucks upgrades have been made to distinguish it from the rest of range such as tinted windows, tailgate damper, Arctic Trucks branded embroidered headrest, carpet mats, door still covers, as well as badges on the instrument panel and door panels.

Made for the UK market, the D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35 will be available in seven colour options - Splash White, Cosmic Black, Obsidian Grey, Venetian Red, Tundra Green, Titanium Silver and Nautilus Blue.
