Home News Auto News Motor Image Subaru and Motul Enter Partnership For Specialised Lubricants Motor Image Subaru and Motul Enter Partnership For Specialised Lubricants Auto News Arvind | January 25, 2019 06:31 pm Motor Image – the sole distributor of Subaru vehicles across nine territories in Asia – has announced a joint partnership with French lubricant specialist Motul to develop and supply a line of exclusive lubricant products for Subaru vehicles in the region.The partnership covers eight markets - Cambodia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam – whereby Motul will supply the specially developed and formulated oils for Motor Image.These oils – developed in Japan – will be used in all of Motor Image’s service centres allowing customers to use premium quality, fully-synthetic lubricants at competitive prices.The first of these lubricant products – dubbed Subaru Engine Oils by Motul – are offered in 0W-20 and the 5W-30 grades and will be available starting January 2019. These 100 percent synthetic oils have been specially researched and developed in Japan.Both the 0W-20 and 5W-30 oils conform to API SN standards and are designed for naturally-aspirated and turbocharged engines.
