Mazda Now Offers Colour Coordinated Key Fobs For Its Japanese Customers

Mazda will be introducing its new line of “Selective Key Shell” for the all-new 3 in July, as part of the company's extensive list of accessories for its new model. However, this lovely key fob is a Japan-only offer, at least for the time being. 

For owners in Japan, they can order the key to match the colour of their Mazda 3, which is available in four colours:

• Soul Red Crystal
• Machine Grey Premium
• Snowflake White Pearl
• Poly Metal Grey

As cool as these key fobs may appear, they don’t come cheap; opting for the Soul Red Crystal or Machine Grey Premium will set buyers back by 19,440 Yen (~RM 746), while the Snowflake White Pearl or Poly Metal Grey key fobs cost 16,200 Yen (~RM 622).

If that is not enough, Mazda is also offering a protective box to store your precious key fob for 2,160 Yen (~RM 83).

However, colour coordinated keys are not new, as Porsche also offers a similar service for its owners.
