Lane Closure And Diversion To Affect ELITE Highway Beginning 9 February: Take Note!

Prasarana Malaysia Berhad (Prasarana) has announced that there will be a temporary closure and diversion at KM 12-12.5 (north bound towards USJ and south bound towards KLIA) of the North-South Expressway Central Link, better known as the ELITE Highway. This will take place from 9 February 2015 to 31 July 2015.

During the aforementioned period, the middle part of the highway (the right-most lane on both sides) will be affected. The traffic management plan will see traffic on both carriageways temporarily diverted using the newly constructed widened lanes, maintaining three lanes on both sides of the ELITE Highway (E6).

The reason for the closure is to facilitate the construction works for pier P511 of the Ampang LRT Line Extension Project and for piers P507 and P507A of the Kelana Jaya LRT Line Extension Project.
