Home News Auto News JPJ Urge Motorists To Settle DBKL Summonses By 1 Sept Or Get Blacklisted JPJ Urge Motorists To Settle DBKL Summonses By 1 Sept Or Get Blacklisted Auto News Eric | August 30, 2018 06:48 pm Motorists with outstanding Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) summonses are urged to settle their summonses by 1 September or risk getting blacklisted by the Road Transport Department (JPJ).In order to entice these motorists to pay up, DBKL is currently offering a flat rate of RM20 for motorcycle offences, RM30 for cars, MPVs, SUVs, vans, and lorries, while heavier vehicles such as buses, tractors, trailers, and cranes need to cough out RM50.According to DBKL Corporate Planning Department director Khairul Azmir Ahmad, these discounts are only valid for illegal parking at metered parking spots. Additionally, he added that only summonses issued by DBKL are applicable.He also added that there will be no more extensions given to these errant motorists.
