Geneva 2017: Hyundai is Bringing the i30 Wagon
Auto NewsAt this point it feels like Hyundai is releasing a new variant of their i30 every few months. Next up for them is the first impression of their new i30 Wagon, which will debut at the upcoming Geneva Motorshow. It's not a production ready model, and we're not really sure how well a wagon will work with such a small frame (is it really that much more practical than a regular hatchback?).
All we know is that since the launch of their Ioniq for our local market, Hyundai has become a lot more interesting to watch. There's no telling what will come to our country and what won't, but if the Ioniq is anything to go by then we only have good things to look forward to. "Timeless" isn't really a word you would associate with Hyundai's designs but they seem to emphasize this in their release, along with "coupe-like silhouette" and "tapering roofline" so perhaps the i30 Wagon will be an interesting proposition.
