Chevrolet Complete Care Programme To Promise Improved Customer Experience

Naza Quest Sdn Bhd, the sole importer and distributor of Chevrolet vehicles in Malaysia, has launched the Chevrolet Complete Care (CCC) programme in a bid to improve the customer experience of the Chevrolet brand in this country.

Covering the overall brand experience in both sales and aftersales, CCC combines a total of five distincts service elements:

  • 24/7 Chevy Assist Roadside Assistance: The Chevy Assist programme offers round-the-clock roadside assistance able to provide minor roadside repairs, on-site towing assistance, workshop referral, and other services.   • Complete Chevrolet Service: Trained service technicians and genuine Chevrolet parts at all authorized Chevrolet service centres.
  • 24/7 Customer Care Assistance: A round-the-clock customer support hotline entertaining enquiries on Chevrolet products, services, and latest promotions. The customer care assistance team can be reached by online live chat at any time of the day through the official Chevrolet Malaysia website.
  • Chevy Link: A centralized service operation system processing and coordinating all customer data from pre-sales right up to vehicle maintenance. This facility ensures that all Chevrolet outlets have access to every customer’s information thus providing more effective service.

The CCC programme is designed to be an overall brand experience not just for customers, but anybody seeking to get in touch with the Chevrolet brand. As such, with exception of the warranty package, services offered under the programme are available to all Chevrolet customers.
