A step up from the already popular C5 AIRCROSS, the hybrid is inspired by what Citroen calls "You All" and marks their ambitions to create accessible low emission vehicles. Citroen also aims to make more electrified vehicles by announcing that all new models launched by the brand will feature an electrified version, a commitment to a responsible energy transition. Although the Hybrids' main headline is about the responsible energy transition, Citroen has not forgotten about the "High-End Driving Experience" which is Citroen's way of saying that they have not forgotten about power. The vehicle's electrifying performance combined with a PureTech 180 petrol engine, an 80 kW electric engine and a ë-EAT8 automatic gearbox, delivers 225 hp of accumulated power and instantly available torque of 320 Nm. According to Citroen the car also has one of the best rides, thanks to its suspension with Progressive Hydraulic Cushions. Offering a range of 50 km in electric mode, the new C5 Aircross SUV Hybrid represents a new phase in Citroën's energy transition strategy. It also has outstanding modularity thanks to its three individual rear seats which can slide, tilt and fold. When configured for maximum space, the hybrid can transform into a cargo bay beast with its best in class cargo volume from 460 L to 600 L. Citroen Malaysia has yet to bring any hybrid cars into Malaysia, but with the current trend of electrifying vehicles, we might see this one on the road in the near future. ✕ Let's Connect on Whatsapp We protect your personal information in compliance with the PDPA I agree with Carlist.my Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
