Occupying a total built-up space of up to 1,383 square feet on the dealership’s first floor, the new BMW i showroom features the sub-brand’s newest identity, furniture, and fittings. Of course the showroom wouldn’t be complete without a BMW i car, and it will feature the i8 plug-in hybrid sports car, with the wall-mounted charging accessory for BMW i, the BMW i Wallbox.According to BMW Group Malaysia’s managing director & CEO, Alan Harris, the BMW i brand goes beyond vehicles, but also includes services that complement the vehicle.“With BMW i, we have seen a new wave of technology that interacts drivers and passengers with their vehicle for a better experience and easier user ability. Solutions and Apps such as the BMW i Remote App and the BMW i ConnectedDrive suite of solutions enables BMW i vehicle owners to interact with their cars as well as the cities and communities they live in,” explained Harris.Jefferey Gan, managing director of Auto Bavaria said, “i8 customers can rest assured that our BMW i centre will offer excellent day-to-day support for their BMW i vehicles.
