Asbenz Motors Autohaus to Serve Mercedes-Benz Customers Up North

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and authorised dealer Asbenz Motors recently unveiled the newly upgraded Asbenz Sungai Petani Autohaus to better serve their customers in the northern region of Kedah.

With a total investment of RM32 million, the Asbenz Sg Petani Autohaus aims to deliver on the trademark ‘three-pointed star’ service standards and underlines Mercedes-Benz Malaysia’s long-term plan to enhance the Autohauses in northern peninsular Malaysia.

The 11,439 sq.ft. facility is able to house four showroom vehicles and is a full-fledged 3S facility capable of servicing 200 vehicles a month to cope with the growing demand of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

The Asbenz Autohaus is fully compliant with the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II) – the company’s latest benchmark of customer experience, and completed with the new Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (CI).
