2019 Mazda Vehicles Gain Extended Free Maintenance Package, Prices Adjusted

Bermaz Motor has updated the prices of Mazda vehicles in Malaysia. In summary, all popular models from the year of production 2019 see a price hike of RM2,000. 

The adjustment in prices for the popular models are as listed below:

We have updated the last 2018 recommended retail price, updated on 31 October 2018, after being informed by Bermaz Motor on the price changes in the CX-5 with and without the new power back door feature and the Mazda3.

Bermaz Motor is also increasing the free maintenance package for vehicles (except BT-50 pick-up) from the production year 2019, now covering an additional 24 months to provide owners with convenience for the first five years of ownership.

The coverage for mileage is meanwhile extended to 100,000 kilometres from 60,000 kilometres. As such, the free maintenance package now matches the warranty coverage.

The free maintenance package offered to Mazda vehicles is inclusive of labour, parts, and lubricants in accordance with the vehicle’s scheduled maintenance program.

Additional value-added aftersales services available to Mazda owners include 24-Hour Mazda Roadside Assistance for vehicle breakdowns as well as a Mazda Mobile Service in Klang Valley and Penang which provides door-to-door vehicle servicing with no additional charges.

The Mazda Privilege Card meanwhile provides discounts on labour cost and official merchandise while at the same time contribute to the Mazda Medicare Fund.
