2016 Isuzu MU-X – Type S Special Edition

In conjunction with the facelifted Isuzu D-Max launch, Isuzu Malaysia also rolled out the special edition seven-seater Isuzu MUX Type S SUV.

The MU-X Type S is enhanced with premium features such as keyless entry and start, a new 8-inch display audio system and the new e-Lumax meter panel as found on the D-Max Premium and Z-Prestige variants.

New ivory color leather seats and armrest are appointed on the inside. Piano black interior trim also highlights the dashboard, door and air-conditioning vents now.

The outside receives a new shark fin antenna, new body-colored front and rear skirting, rear bumper garnish and Type S badge. 

The Hill Start Assist (HSA) has also been incorporated into the vehicle’s safety features.

The Isuzu MU-X Type-S (4x4 AT) retails for RM181,640 OTR inclusive of GST and Insurance, for private registration, an RM3262 premium over the regular MU-X 4x4 AT variant.

In addition, for existing MU-X owners, the Isuzu MU-X range and the limited edition MU-X Type S models will also enjoy an upgraded warranty package like the D-Max, now a 5-year, unlimited mileage warranty.
