Volkswagen Launches First Stand-Alone Body & Paint Centre In Malaysia

Volkswagen Malaysia now has their first stand-alone Body and Paint Centre in Malaysia to add to their network of brick-and-mortar after-sales facilities. It was launched by Wing Hin Autohaus Sdn Bhd, which already has a Volkswagen 3S Service Centre within a stone’s throw from this newly opened establishment.

The new Body and Paint Centre spans 50,967 square feet and features 20 service bays, staffed with 15 trained specialists. It will be able to accommodate minor as well as major body repairs, chassis realignment, genuine parts sourcing and replacement, windscreen repair and replacement, along with the usual fare of body spraying and paint work, all while assisting Volkswagen owners with their individual insurance claims process.

As mentioned, to be able to facilitate complex procedure such as chassis realignment, the new facility is equipped with advanced computerised machinery, including a chassis measuring repair system and spray booths with infrared heaters  that controls the temperature, humidity while ensuring a dust free environment for top quality paint finishing.

The newly christened Wing Hin Volkswagen Body and Paint Centre will operate from Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00am to 5:30pm. They can be contacted at 03-9082-2833 and are located at: Lot 31, Jalan CJ 1/1, Kawasan Perindustrian Cheras Jaya, 43200, Balakong, Selangor. 

All repairs and paint jobs done are in accordance and compliant to the standards set by Volkswagen Group Malaysia as well as by the government bodies such as JPJ and PUSPAKOM. 

Owners are advised to send their vehicles to an authorised Body and Paint Centre to ensure that only genuine parts and compliant services are carried out to their vehicles. This also ensures that their warranties are intact.
