Volkswagen Arteon, Now with “Stop and Stare” Function

Revealed to the world a couple of weeks ago at the Geneva International Motor Show, the new Volkswagen Arteon which is already open for booking in Germany, seems to be quite generous with standard features.

In an effort to shed more light on what it has to offer, the German carmaker released a promo video which, for the first time, shows the car in all its glory.

From what we can see, the car comes with a 563-litre boot with Easy Open function, a fully virtual instrument panel with Active Info Display, LED lights with DRLs and Advanced Dynamic Cornering lights, 3 Zone Air Care Climatronic air conditioning, as well as Predictive Cruise Control.

The video also shows the Arteon in both R-Line and Elegance trims, where the former sports a more radical appearance, unlike the Elegance which simply looks, elegant of course.

Confident with the car’s design, Volkswagen is confident that it can make anyone stop and stare at the new Arteon, which explains the punchline in the video – “Now with Stop and Stare function”.

Here to succeed the CC, the Arteon is expected to go on sale around the world later this year.
