Top Gear: Jeremy Clarkson Throws Punch At Producer, Season 22 Cancelled

Berita Kereta

So here’s a spot of bad news for auto fans: the remainder of Top Gear Season 22 has been cancelled. Why? Well, it seems as though Jeremy Clarkson, has attempted to punch one of the show’s producers and has been suspended from Top Gear. For how long? No one seems to know just yet.

It all started when the BBC released a statement that Clarkson had been suspended after a “fracas” with a BBC producer. Later, an announcement was made that the remainder of the season would not air.

The identity of the man Clarkson attempted to hit remains a mystery for now, let alone if or not he works for the Top Gear team. The incident is reported to have happened sometime last week, but it wasn’t until Monday that the BBC was notified. At the time of writing, no police involvement has been reported. Clarkson's co-presenters, Richard Hammond and James May aren't involed either.

It’s been a pretty uplifting season of Top Gear so far, with as many as 10 episodes planned – the most we’ve seen in a while, and the team producing lots of big challenges and cool trips. Unfortunately, the remaining three episodes will not be aired as planned, until further notice.

In the mean time, here's a petition you could sign in an attempt to #BringBackClarkson, if you want.
