Perodua Sentral Opens For Business: Flagship 3S Centre Stands Tall In PJ

As part of its “customer satisfaction transformation initiative,” Perodua has just opened a brand-new flagship 3S centre in Section 19, Petaling Jaya, called Perodua Sentral.

“It will be a 'game changer' as we continue to strengthen our brand and position in the domestic market while increasing our visibility in the regional footprint,” Perodua President & CEO, Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh said.

Aminar also mentioned that the services offered at the new Perodua Sentral facility were a result of a five-year study within its “transformation initiative” to be “globally competitive.”

“Perodua Sentral is a new beginning, a new transformation for Perodua as we work to delight our customers on a personal level from the very moment he or she enters our gates,” Aminar said.

“This facility will also have Perodua’s very own café within the showroom, which will feature a signature dish for anyone who wishes to stop by and visit us,” Aminar said.

Standing tall in Section 19, the RM40-million flagship 3S centre features two basement parking levels with a total of 184 parking bays, a sales showroom, 37 service bays, two floors for sales and after sales operations, and a dedicated floor for events.

Perodua is also working to replicate what they’ve done here in various other regions nationwide.
