Paris 2018: VinFast To Debut Vietnam's First Domestic Cars - A Sedan And An SUV

Vietnamese car company VinFast will be introducing two new models at the 2018 Paris Motor Show, an SUV and a sedan. Both models will be assembled in VinFast’s state-of-the-art facility in northern Vietnam.

According to VinFast, the two new models feature Vietnamese spirit, Italian design, and German technology, as Vietnamese voted for their favourite design last year with Pininfarina’s design being the crowd favourite.

 VinFast is also working with European technology partners to engineer products that meet international standard as the company aims to export to foreign markets in the coming years.

In addition to working with European technology partners, VinFast has also hired senior executives from other leading automotive companies.

Technical information of the two new models are unknown at this point of time, but we expect more information to be made known once the models debut at the Paris Motor Show in October.
