Nissan Adds Limited Edition X-Trail X-Tremer To Lineup – Two Variants, RM141k And RM163k

Edaran Tan Chong Motor, the authorised distributor of Nissan vehicles in Malaysia has discreetly announced the addition of the latest variant of the X-Trail SUV called the X-Trail X-Tremer on their official website.

The X-Tremer, which comes with a range of cosmetic additions on top of the regular X-Trail, is offered in two variants:

• X-Trail X-Tremer 2.0L 2WD – RM141,450
• X-Trail X-Tremer 2.5L 4WD – RM163,650

As mentioned above, features that set the X-Tremer apart from its siblings include:

• Passion Red with Black Silhouette two-tone exterior colour
• Front X-Face cladding
• New chrome rear bumper protector
• Black side-mirrors
• Black roof rails
• 17-inch gloss black wheels
• Black nappa leather seats and upholstery

Mechanically, there has not been any enhancement. Both the X-Tremer variants are powered by the same 2.0L and 2.5L DOHC Twin CVTC petrol engines as the standard variants, producing 144 PS/ 200 Nm and 171 PS/ 233 Nm respectively. Both engines are paired to the XTRONIC CVT gearbox with 7-Speed Manual function.

Other standard features on the X-Tremer include:

• LED headlights with DRLs and LED rear combination lamps
• Dual zone auto climate control with rear air-cond vents
• Full-colour 5-inch Advanced Drive Assist Display (ADAD)

With the addition of the X-Tremer, there are three variants of Nissan's SUV in the portfolio at the moment - the X-Trail (from RM137,000), the X-Trail Aero Edition (from RM141,450), and of course, the X-Tremer (from RM141,450).
