New MINI Clubman Sterling Edition Makes Malaysian Debut - 20 Units only, Book Online

MINI Malaysia has introduced a new limited edition variant of the new Clubman called the Clubman Sterling Edition.

An interesting fact about the Clubman Sterling Edition is that it will only be available for booking online at a special website which will go live between 15 and 26 August 2017.

Limited to only 20 units, the Clubman Sterling Edition is clad in Melting Silver body colour with a subtle Matte ‘Black Jack’ mirror caps and roof décor.  

This is complemented further by Black Union Jack symbols located at the side scuttles to pay homage to its origins, and the bespoke 18-inch ‘MINI Yours Masterpiece’ wheels in burnish black.

Inside, the cabin comes in a combination of Indigo Blue and Pure Burgundy colours, with the MINI Yours Illuminated Interior, which allows the owner to choose from 12 pre-set colours to the trims.

Also unique to the model are the Chester Leather seats with Indigo Blue upholstery, as well as the steering wheel wrapped in soft Nappa leather and finished in aluminium colour stitching.

The Clubman Sterling Edition also comes with Parking Assist function which automatically steers the new MINI into any parallel parking spaces, a rear-view camera, and the MINI Connected infotainment system which now includes navigation.

Under the hood, the Clubman Sterling Edition is powered by the same 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine as the regular Cooper S Clubman that is paired to an eight-speed automatic gearbox, producing 192 PS and 300 Nm of maximum torque.

Priced at RM268,888 (OTR without insurance), the MINI Clubman Sterling Edition, which requires a booking fee of RM2,000 from those interested, will be on display at the MINIFest event in Desa ParkCity on 20 August.

The car also comes with the MINI 4 Years Unlimited Mileage Warranty with Free Scheduled Service.

The event will be the first-ever MINI styled marketplace where vendors and owners will be selling fashion, accessories and lifestyle items right from the boot of a range of MINI vehicles.

The festival will also see a host of activities for family and friends to enjoy such as hot air balloon rides, food trucks as well as car boot flash sales.
