New Isuzu D-Max Set To Unveil In Two Days

Isuzu Malaysia’s Facebook page has been updating its followers with snippets of their new D-Max pickup.

Spotted ahead of this weekend’s DRIVE Auto Fair 2018 event, we try to dissect what’s under the black veil.

The first photo shows the 18-inch wheel design and side steps. The 18-inch wheel design looks unchanged. 

  Could this be a special colour, as it does not look red nor gold in colour. 

Upon closer inspection of the image of the covered D-Max, we note that the roof is missing a pair of roof rails, as the fabric and its seam smoothly follows the contour of the roof and to the door edge.

The next photo has some weaving to it, akin to faux carbon fibre. Altering the colour values of the image reveals it is the smart key fob of the D-Max, now in a sporty carbon fibre weave-like pattern.

The final image is in colour, and the features, much easier to spot. The front bumper now sports a heavily highlighted sporty bumper spoiler. The roof rails are again not present at this angle.
