Mofaz Expands The Mercedes-Benz Experience To East Coast Region

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn Bhd (MBM), together with authorised dealer Mofaz Exotic Car Sdn Bhd, have unveiled the all-new Mercedes-Benz Mofaz Kota Bharu (KB) Autohaus and Mercedes-Benz Mofaz Kuala Terengganu (KT) Autohaus, thus expanding its presence to serve customers in the east coast region.

The Mercedes-Benz Mofaz KB Autohaus is a 5,372 sq ft facility capable of accommodating four showroom vehicles and three work bays in the service area. While the Mercedes-Benz KT Autohaus spans 4,435 sq ft, and is able to showcase three showroom vehicles and accommodate three work bays in the service area.

Mofaz Exotic Car is the only authorised Mercedes-Benz Autohaus in Kelantan and Terengganu, and the two full-fledged 3S Autohauses are managed by a staff force of 14 each, who are trained in sales, technical services and spare parts. Collectively, the teams are capable of servicing a total of 131 vehicles a month.

With a total investment of RM600,000, both Autohauses are fully compliant with the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II), the global Autohaus benchmark of customer experience, complete with the new Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (CI).

The Mercedes-Benz Mofaz Kota Bharu Autohaus and Mercedes-Benz Mofaz Kuala Terengganu Autohaus are part of three authorised dealers in the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia dealer network catering to east coast customers.
