MaxxOil Malaysia Launches Maxx 'N Go Car Service App

Local lubricant distributor MaxxOil Malaysia has launched a car service mobile app – called Maxx ‘N Go, aimed at providing more convenience to busy car owners, by taking the service centre to their doorstep.

The Maxx ‘N Go app (downloadable on Google Play and Apple App Store) has been available December 2016 and has garnered over 15,000 smartphone downloads. Much like other digital commerce apps – Maxx ‘N Go uses the user's GPS location to book or pre-book appointments for an oil change service.

Once a booking is confirmed, users would be given a list of trained technicians who are nearest to their location and able to respond in a timely manner. 

The list of services includes routine engine oil and oil filter change, and a free 15-point check of the car’s important working systems. The only charge applicable is for the Maxx Oil lubricant pack, which ranges between RM138.00 and RM243.00, inclusive of oil filter charges. Users can either pay by cash or credit card upon completion of the job.

There is no formal warranty for the services rendered by MaxxOil, but customers experiencing any issues or dissatisfaction with the workmanship are welcomed to contact the company through the app or the Maxx 'N Go hotline at (+60) 11-2088 8888

The Maxx ‘N Go service covers most areas within the Klang Valley and Selangor currently and is expected to expand to include Ipoh, Penang, Johor and Kelantan within the next two months. The Maxx ‘N Go service is available seven days a week; a service will typically take between 30-45 mins.  

MaxxOil has also teamed up the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Car Dealers & Credit Companies Association (FMC) and Grab Malaysia ride-hailing service. Through the Maxx ‘N Go app, FMC members will be able to service their cars within the dealership itself. Grab’s driver-partners, on the other hand, can get an exclusive discount by using the app to service their cars.
