Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show Returns After Five Years
Berita KeretaThe Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA) has announced that the Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show (KLIMS) is making a comeback this year, all set to take place from 23 November to 2 December 2018 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur.
With “Beyond Mobility” as the theme, this year’s edition of KLIMS, which will be the ninth installation of the event, will see many new model launches, new automobile concepts, latest powertrain offerings, as well as future connectivity technology being showcased by vehicle manufacturers.
For KLIMS 2018, MAA is expecting more than 350,000 visitors to the 10-day event.
Datuk Aishah Ahmad, the president of MAA emphasised that KLIMS will continue to be represented as the eminent national automotive event, which has played a significant role in Malaysia’s automotive industry.
MAA is urging automotive industry players to leverage on KLIMS 2018 to fuel their market position. Daihatsu, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Isuzu, Kawasaki, Kia, Lexus, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Perodua, Proton, Toyota, UD, V-Kool, 3M are among the frontrunners in confirming their exhibition spaces.
KLIMS 2018 is expected to make its comeback at over 50,000 square meters of gross exhibition floor with over 100 participating exhibitors and attracting over 350,000 visitors.
