Hyundai Brings Soldiers Closer To Home During the Superbowl

For a lot of Americans who are posted on military deployment overseas, it can be tough during times of the year when families are meant to get together. Whether it means that they can't make it back for a holiday, or they don't get to see their child grow up, the struggle can be taxing. The Superbowl is one of those times of year whe families traditionally get together, and while most of those serving can watch a live telecast of it, it isn't quite the same as watching it with their family members present. 

tThis Superbowl, Hyundai helped out a number of soldiers who were stationed far out in Poland. They set up 360-degree screens which allowed the soldiers to see their family members in a nearly entirely immersive experience, with a live broadcast from the stadium itself. Through the use of special cameras and head tracking equipment, it allowed these soldiers to spend some time with their families while watching the game- even if separated by thousands of kilometres.
